Yes! I love getting to travel worldwide for all shoots!
Travel expenses will be added to your final photoshoot proposal. I usually just end up needing flights covered because I am always willing to bunk in any open room you have and borrow one of your vehicles. Roundtrip flights end up being around $200-$400 inside the states.
For regular shoots expect your photos back within 2 weeks and for weddings 2 months. Don't worry I love to tease you with previews in between our shoot and giving your gallery back.
You can also pay an additional fee for expedited work if your in a time crunch.
Yes, absolutely. For shoots we will spend time communicating to find the perfect location and vibe for your photos.
For weddings we will talk in person or over phone several times to make sure we both have everything we need. I have shot many weddings and I'm always willing to attempt to answer any questions you have about the general wedding planning process as well.
No, part of the art I create is the magic that goes into editing. Giving back unedited images would feel like Justin Bieber releasing a voice memo of the first recording of Sorry.
If there's a moment you feel like your missing in your gallery, reach out to me and I can do my best to get you that photo. As well as if you wanted a particular photo in black & white vs. color or vice versa.
For weddings I am always booking as short or far out in advance as you'd like. I know some photographers are booked up for weddings 2 years in advance but I love to be able to keep weekends open for my lovers who are looking at a shorter engagement.
For all other shoots the best place to find how far out I'm currently booking is my Instagram @Judiannmariephotography under my Booking highlight.
If for some terrible reason I'm unable to make it to your wedding (severe illness, family emergency. etc.) I will do everything in my power to find a replacement from my photographer friends, who I trust to capture your day. Although contractually I am not required too. This has never happened and hopefully never will.
Once you book with me, we will start dreaming up your shoot. I often start the conversation of choosing location with this question. In-home, city, or nature? From there I share my knowledge about each type of location and we find the perfect spot for you. A place you can explore, or reminds you of a special moment.
If you already know exactly where you'd like to do your photos that is great too!
