Can I start off by saying this day was magic? On an unusually warm November day, I met Maria at a barn where she got out her two best horse friends and told me to hope on. Im sorry? I got a free horseback ride into the woods where we did most of our shooting. This was my second time shooting with horses, but my first time professionally. Maria and I met when I took a group of girls to Younglife camp that previous summer. You get to know someone pretty well after spending a week straight with them. But Maria opened up to whole different level of confidence and sureness around her horses. That's what I love about incorporating your favorite things, places, and people in your photoshoot.
